Shipping Policy

Shipping locations. We ship from India to customers across the United States.

Shipping charges. Standard shipping is a flat $9.99, free on orders over $150.00.

Processing time. Orders are processed and handed to our carrier within 2–3 business days.

Delivery times. Domestic U.S. delivery typically takes 7–12 business days after processing.

International shipping. We currently ship only within the United States; international shipping is not yet available.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships. You can also look it up any time on the Track Order page.

Lost packages. If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact support and we will open a carrier investigation or send a replacement.
